AI · Platforms · Operating models · Engineering leadership
I build the systems—and the operating models—that help technology organizations scale.
I’m Andrei Vorobiev, a technology executive and engineering leader. I work across platform strategy, modernization, product delivery, and AI-enabled execution.
Working Set is where I document how leaders turn architecture, teams, governance, and AI into dependable operating capacity.
Three weeks of product and brand momentum
TiltSeven: from a working simulator to a public identity
In three weeks, Casino Simulator moved beyond a growing codebase and became the foundation of TiltSeven—a distinct free-play brand with a clear promise: play for fun, never for money.
The progress spans the product and the system around it: release discipline, a separate static marketing site, a new visual identity, and a homepage written for twenty-five languages. Keeping those pieces separate matters. TiltSeven can tell the story clearly while the simulator keeps evolving behind its own operational boundary.
What I work on
01
AI-enabled operating models
Redesigning workflows around human judgment and bounded agent execution so speed increases without losing ownership or control.
02
Platforms and modernization
Building cloud platforms, products, and migration paths that teams can extend, operate, and trust.
03
Engineering leadership at scale
Designing organizations, ownership models, and delivery systems that connect technical judgment to measurable outcomes.
Background
From technology strategy to operating capacity
I started as a software developer and moved through product, program, and engineering leadership. That path taught me to see platforms, products, organizations, and operating models as parts of the same system.
The work is to turn strategy into repeatable execution: clear decisions, bounded delegation, evidence at every handoff, and systems that improve as more people and agents use them.

I Built This WordPress Site in a Day—and the Install Was the Easy Part.
The installer took minutes. The real work was turning a blank WordPress instance into a coherent site, deciding what AI could safely change, and making the result feel like mine.

What began as a collection of browser games became a practical study in ledgers, authenticated state, automation, compatibility, testing, and deployment. It is still growing—and still exposing interesting engineering problems.
