ABOUT THE WORK

More about my work

I work where technology strategy, systems architecture, organization design, and execution meet. Over more than 15 years at Oracle, Microsoft, and Samsung, I’ve built platforms, products, and global engineering organizations—and helped them scale.

The common thread is turning complicated work into a dependable operating system: explicit decisions, clear ownership, strong technical contracts, and AI-enabled execution that remains accountable to people.

01

Modernize platforms

I turn complicated platforms into systems that are easier to ship, operate, and extend, from cloud migrations and platform services to reliability, automation, and multi-cloud integration.

02

Scale delivery systems

I’ve built new engineering organizations and led global teams of hundreds. I focus on the mechanisms that make quality repeatable: ownership, interfaces, evidence, and fast escalation when reality disagrees with the plan.

03

Lead human-agent work

I design work so people retain judgment and accountability while agents handle bounded research, implementation, validation, and operational tasks. The goal is more capacity without less control.

HOW I THINK ABOUT SCALE

AI changes the span of execution—not the ownership of outcomes.

Scale does not come from generating more output. It comes from making valuable work repeatable: clear contracts, explicit handoffs, visible evidence, and well-defined exceptions.

AI agents can research, build, test, and operate within those boundaries. Leaders still own direction, tradeoffs, and accountability. The best implementations compound institutional knowledge instead of multiplying unreviewed output.

Direction

Name the outcome, constraints, and decisions that cannot be delegated.

Delegation

Give people and agents bounded authority, clear interfaces, and stop conditions.

Evidence

Require tests, artifacts, review, and rollback before work crosses a risk boundary.
